Food innovators harness creative collaboration to better feed the world

The Global Center for Food Systems Innovation recently brought grantees to Michigan State University to nurture creative approaches to food challenges.

The idea of the workshop was to develop methods and connections that further the innovative spark these researchers already exhibited with their fresh solutions to these difficult problems.
